Become an integral part of CC&L; Financial Group as an ESG Stewardship Analyst, operating in a hybrid mode in Vancouver. Engage actively in ESG issues and improve investment processes.

We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience in investment firms or related fields, focusing on sustainable practices and reporting. In this role, you will coordinate stewardship reports, document engagement activities, and collaborate with various teams to enhance our ESG initiatives. Your analytical skills will play a key role in reporting that influences investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate stewardship and engagement reporting
• Organize and maintain relevant documentation
• Validate information from internal and external sources




• Conduct research on ESG and stewardship topics
• Liaise with investment teams for effective engagement

Requirements:
• Experience in institutional investment or sustainability
• Degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Detail-oriented with strong data management abilities
• Proficient communication skills for diverse audiences
• Awareness of responsible investing frameworks is an asset
