As a Grader Operator at Ledcor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining secure roadways across Ontario. You will operate heavy machinery under varying weather conditions while also ensuring that essential equipment is in optimal working order. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate graders and loaders efficiently
• Conduct maintenance on Ontario Provincial Highways
• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
• Assist with general equipment maintenance
• Travel between locations as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with graders
• Provide a driver's abstract for the last 3 years
• Previous snowplow truck operation preferred
• Valid AZ or DZ driver's license is a plus
• Highway maintenance experience beneficial
