CLWR is hiring a Finance & Compliance Specialist to enhance financial systems for our international programs in Winnipeg. This full-time position blends financial expertise with compliance management.

Reporting to the Co-Directors, you'll play a key role in financial oversight, project budgeting, and compliance with donor regulations. Your work will involve proactive problem-solving with Program Managers, ensuring our projects are financially sound and compliant. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on project budgeting and donor compliance
• Conduct financial performance monitoring for various projects
• Guide Program Managers through audit and close-out procedures




• Maintain compliance documentation and audit trackers
• Develop and facilitate financial training for staff

Requirements:
• Education in finance, accounting, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years in project finance or donor relations
• Solid knowledge of GAC financial compliance
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and finance software
• Exceptional communication skills in English
