Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with everyday tasks and care
• Ensure a clean and inviting space for residents
• Provide support in accordance with care plans
• Communicate clearly with both residents and staff
• Accept direction and feedback from supervisors

Requirements:
• Appropriate formal education in a relevant field
• Experience with vulnerable individuals highly valued
• Familiarity with the Retirement Homes Act, 2010
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Demonstrated reliability and effective communication
