In this role, you will implement personnel management policies while advising the management team on HR laws and industry trends. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring effective employee benefits communication. A strong understanding of employment laws will support your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and selection in accordance with policies
• Guide on HR regulations and trends
• Implement the salary grid for new employees
• Ensure compliance with employee benefits communication
• Maintain adherence to personnel policies

Requirements:
• Human Resource Management diploma and 3 years’ experience
• CHRP designation preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Must provide a valid driver’s license and vehicle
