We are currently in search of a skilled Estimator for our Kelowna branch. Your primary duties will include guiding clients through the claims process and educating them about the steps involved. Experience with estimating applications like Audatex will be beneficial but is not mandatory for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level customer service and support
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations appropriately
• Assess customer needs for estimates and services
• Actively educate clients on repair processes
• Review vehicles to ensure accurate damage estimates

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role
• Relevant diploma or degree preferred
• Understanding of insurance policies is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must hold a valid class 5 driver’s license
