Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair plumbing and natural gas systems
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on equipment
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment

• Conduct inspections and tests on emergency systems

Requirements:
• Certificate of Apprenticeship or equivalent as a Journeyman Plumber
• Class B level Gas Fitter's License with an electrical endorsement
• Proven experience in plumbing and maintenance
