This role, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, focuses on developing safety policies and training. You will assist in regulatory compliance, conduct incident analyses, and promote health initiatives within the organization. A solid grasp of EHS principles will be required to evaluate and report safety metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing safety policies and programs
• Guide staff on regulatory compliance and investigations
• Organize effective training sessions for engagement
• Participate in and promote local safety culture
• Monitor, analyze, and report EHS KPIs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in EHS or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EHS experience is an advantage
