Part-Time / Flexible Nanny & Family Assistant Needed

We are a busy family of five with three children ages 2, 5, and 9. We run several businesses, so life can be fast-paced and our schedule is often flexible rather than strictly structured.

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive nanny/family assistant who can help us keep our household running smoothly. Our children are well-behaved, mature, active, and used to being involved in a variety of activities. We are a multicultural family that values kindness, respect, hard work, and open communication.

The two older children attend school and will be involved in summer camps and summer school programs throughout much of the summer. The role will primarily involve helping with our 2-year-old when needed, while also assisting with household tasks and keeping things organized.

Responsibilities may include: Assisting with childcare, particularly our 2-year-old

Preparing meals and school lunches for the children
Laundry and household upkeep
Light cleaning and tidying
Helping keep the home organized
Assisting with transportation and activities when required





Being an extra set of hands when parents need to step away for work

We are hoping to find someone long-term who can grow with our family. We are not just looking for a nanny—we are looking for someone who wants to become a valued and trusted part of our family's day-to-day life. The position will initially be part-time and versatile, with the possibility of becoming full-time for the right person as our needs evolve.

A valid driver's license is strongly preferred. For the right candidate, a live-in arrangement may also be considered.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, kind, and able to take initiative. We value someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and wants to become an important part of helping our family thrive.
