We leverage cutting-edge technologies to streamline design processes and enhance efficiency. We are seeking an Engineering Automation Designer to join our team.

If you are passionate about automation, CAD integration, and optimizing engineering workflows, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in engineering automation. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: Develop, configure, and maintain DriveWorks automation projects.

Support users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DriveWorks and integrated systems.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

Gather and document requirements for new projects and enhancements.

Create project plans, including task assignments, deadlines, and milestones.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems (e.g., CAD, ERP, and PDM).

Optimize existing automation processes for efficiency and scalability.

Provide training and documentation to users and stakeholders.





Stay up to date with the latest DriveWorks features and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate for this position will have: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Additional DriveWorks, SolidWorks, or CAD automation certifications would be a plus.

Experience with DriveWorks Pro.

Robust knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and automation.

Understanding of engineering design principles and product configuration.

Experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Project management skills, including task planning, time estimation, and deadline tracking.

Knowledge of SQL databases, scripting (VBA, .NET, or similar), and API integrations is a plus.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
