As a Workplace Strategist at Gensler, you will lead diverse teams to create and implement impactful strategies for a vast array of clients, including corporations and universities. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure strategies are effectively communicated and executed across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project delivery with guidance from directors
• Implement methodologies for informed decision-making




• Analyze large datasets to inform design criteria
• Facilitate working sessions for stakeholder collaboration
• Develop presentations to effectively convey project narratives

Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant experience post-graduation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant design fields
• Advanced skills in data analysis and management
• Experience in workplace surveys and performance data
• French fluency is a plus
