As an essential member of the ERP Support Team, you are responsible for the governance and continuous improvement of the Epicor platform. You should have at least seven years of experience in ERP management, particularly in manufacturing settings. Your role will involve overseeing system upgrades, user support, and enhancing business process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Epicor ERP governance framework and policies
• Develop and implement the ERP roadmap and upgrade strategies
• Manage user support systems and issue resolutions
• Create and maintain documentation and training resources
• Ensure data integrity and analytics alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of ERP experience in manufacturing
• Skilled in creating SSRS reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
• Adaptable in travel for ERP needs
