Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RN diploma or degree required
• CPR/First Aid certification is essential
• Experience in community nursing preferred
• Ontario driver’s license (G2 or G) and reliable vehicle needed
