We are looking for an Engineering Lead at ScopeSys who will drive the transition from prototypes to fully operational instruments for genetic medicine analytics. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team to develop and manufacture complex hardware products. As Engineering Lead, you’ll be responsible for product service and integration of customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive development and integration of instrumentation components
• Manage manufacturing processes and documentation for repeatability
• Provide support and service for field instruments




• Oversee partnerships with product and manufacturing suppliers
• Cultivate a skilled multidisciplinary engineering team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5-10 years’ experience in hardware development and manufacturing
• Direct experience with scientific or medical instrumentation
• Proven track record with contract manufacturers
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing principles
