Key Responsibilities:
• Guide patients through accessing their health records
• Process information requests for third parties
• Manage subpoenas and court appearances for records




• Collect and estimate payment for health information access
• Generate billing in collaboration with the Finance Department

Requirements:
• Grade XII and graduation from an accredited Health Information Management Program
• Membership in good standing with CHIMA required
• Knowledge of privacy legislation and confidentiality practices
• Proficiency in computer software relevant to the role
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
