Take the lead in civil project coordination with DP World (Canada) Inc. on a 12-month contract, supporting significant terminal infrastructure developments.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for comprehensive administration and coordination across the project's life cycle, ensuring adherence to budget and compliance standards. By facilitating meetings and managing document controls, your contributions will be key to successful project execution. Strong communication and organizational skills will help you thrive in this dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support business development and planning efforts for projects
• Organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams for streamlined project performance




• Prepare and oversee RFP and RFQ documentation
• Maintain project schedules and cost tracking reports

Requirements:
• University degree in civil engineering, environmental science, or similar
• At least 3 years of relevant project experience
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP and document control systems
• Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills
• Fluent in English with Canadian industry experience preferred
