We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Social Work or a related diploma who have at least two years of relevant experience. You will provide essential case management and safety planning services in line with the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act. Collaborate with families and communities, participate in court proceedings, and create detailed case records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver delegated case management duties effectively
• Collaborate with families to create safety and permanency plans
• Attend court and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely online data entries
• Engage in team meetings and local community events

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Ability to be delegated in Alberta
• Asset: experience with Indigenous communities
• Criminal Record Check is mandatory
