In this role, you will support the Fisheries Manager in overseeing departmental operations and ensuring adherence to Musqueam traditions. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide operational staff in daily functions
• Develop and implement fisheries policies
• Maintain effective communication with external partners
• Administer budgets and oversee reporting
• Facilitate consultations and community engagement

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fisheries
• Awareness of Aboriginal Rights and environmental policies
• Experience with program delivery in Indigenous contexts
• Robust planning and organization skills
• Valid Driver’s License and background check
