The Loft seeks a passionate individual to assist the Sales & Events Manager in coordinating various events. This role involves managing inquiries, ensuring organized documentation, and maintaining seamless communication with all stakeholders. Ideal for those enthusiastic about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding service, you'll have a hands-on role in making each event successful.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of diverse events
• Gather information from event inquiries to determine guest needs




• Enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations
• Coordinate with all involved parties during events
• Personally assist in executing events, including serving duties

Requirements:
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on approach and proactive support for the team
• Experience in serving or bartending in a busy environment
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
