The Calgary Foothills PCN is seeking a family physician for locum coverage within the Coordinated Attachment program. This opportunity may transition to an ongoing position within a caring and cooperative team environment. You will address the needs of patients with chronic health issues, mental health concerns, and social factors affecting health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Practice family medicine in a team-oriented setting
• Care for patients with complex health backgrounds
• Collaborate with social workers and healthcare providers

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and treatments

Requirements:
• Current medical license in Alberta
