Make an impact in the lives of residents as a Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse at Banwell Gardens Care Centre in Tecumseh, Ontario. This role focuses on compassionate care and resident-centered nursing.

As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will report to the Director of Care and play a key role in developing and modifying care plans according to residents’ needs. Your responsibilities include liaising with healthcare providers, supervising team members, and ensuring consistent care delivery aligned with the resident Bill of Rights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify individualized care plans
• Supervise activities of Personal Support Workers (PSWs)
• Monitor and evaluate performance of PSWs
• Engage in meaningful interactions with residents
• Conduct unit rounds and document care assessments

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence with CNO as RPN
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• CPR certification considered an asset
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear vulnerable sector screen and TB test results
