Key Responsibilities:
• Manage French-language inquiries from diverse stakeholders
• Conduct outbound calls to support fundraising registration




• Login and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Assist with development and distribution of fundraising reports
• Provide exceptional bilingual service for supporter experiences

Requirements:
• Fluent in both French and English, outstanding communication
• 1-2 years in educational support or related customer service
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and database management
• Strong reporting and organizational capability
• Adaptable and skilled in managing multiple tasks
