This full-time role is based in either Mississauga, Canada, or Nashville, NC. You will lead regulatory compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that our products meet rigorous standards. Your influence will extend across cross-functional teams, from R&D; to Marketing, fostering collaboration and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and direct compliance strategies for products
• Establish relationships with external regulatory stakeholders
• Assess and manage compliance risks in product development




• Influence market access decisions based on regulatory input
• Drive compliance training and capability building throughout the organization

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Food Science, Animal Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of progressive regulatory experience
• In-depth understanding of AAFCO and U.S. regulations
• Proven history of engaging with regulatory authorities
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
