Course Description Gain the knowledge necessary to effectively understand the functions of business and management. Learn what constitutes the manager's role and how planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are used to oversee the organization's human, financial, material, and commercial resources. Develop critical business skills including communication and teamwork skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Requirements Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in the area of management.
Must demonstrate substantial recent professional experience in a large organization.
Teaching Mode Delivered in person. May incur changes due to health measures or other reasons.
