Take charge of operations for a direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand based in Canada. This high-impact role focuses on creating effective systems across supply chain and performance measurement.

The partner company is in search of a Head of Operations to manage a fast-growing 8-figure DTC business. You will develop operational structures, workflow processes, and a team of functional leaders while ensuring clear accountability and measurable performance. Your ability to transition daily execution from the founder to skilled team members will be crucial for sustainable scaling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all back-end operations including inventory and 3PL coordination
• Implement scalable operating systems with documentation and accountability
• Create and maintain an operational knowledge base in Notion




• Develop inventory systems and effective stock management processes
• Build metrics for operational performance and vendor evaluations

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in operations within DTC or eCommerce
• History of supporting brands with $20M–$50M in revenue
• Knowledge in supply chain management and fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with Shopify, Notion, and data analytics
• Strong communication skills for team and stakeholder engagement
