As Student Services Coordinator, you will report directly to the Associate Vice-President of Student Affairs. You will work collaboratively to ensure the delivery of on-site services and programs that support students in their educational journeys. Your key functions will include academic advising, supporting student experience programming, and driving recruitment efforts targeted at increasing diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate academic advising and student retention efforts
• Develop and oversee student experience events and programs
• Lead recruitment initiatives for prospective students




• Collaborate with external partners to enhance student services
• Maintain communication between campuses for service continuity

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in relevant administrative roles
• Mental Health response training certification required
• Familiarity with Algoma University programs an asset
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills
• Ability to travel within the Timmins area
