Your key responsibilities include employee relations strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment processes. You will also drive the implementation of HR policies and initiatives that align with the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with operational leaders to provide HR guidance
• Enhance workforce planning and engagement initiatives
• Manage performance and attendance issues effectively




• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Assist with talent management and succession planning

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in HR or business partnering roles
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
• Solid grasp of employment law and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle access required
