Key Responsibilities:
• Improve and lead safety culture initiatives
• Manage implementation of health and safety systems
• Advise on safety committee activities
• Conduct hazard assessments and safety audits
• Lead training for current and existing team members
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a Health & Safety position
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
• Knowledge of Ontario health and safety standards
• Hands-on WSIB claims management experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace or similar
