Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
Lead pricing conversations, close on‑site sales, and deliver clear estimates
Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
Drive,



navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs
Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
No prior junk removal experience required - we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Pay : $22–$24+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $16/hr base )
Base hourly rate
Tips
Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
1 mandatory weekend shift
3–4 weekday shifts
Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
