Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, your role will include performing vital inspections on the DHC-515 Final Assembly Line and managing documentation pertaining to non-conforming materials. You will work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to maintain compliance with quality requirements, ensuring that aircraft components pass rigorous inspections. Your expertise will be key in facilitating improvements within our quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute in-process and final inspections on aircraft parts
• Oversee control of non-conforming materials




• Participate in quality reviews and corrective action processes
• Communicate product quality metrics effectively
• Assist in developing quality improvement plans

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in aerospace quality inspection roles
• 3 years hands-on experience in related fields
• Familiarity with Canadian Aviation Regulations CAR 561
• Knowledge of inspection devices and software systems
• Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s license is a plus
