Take on a meaningful role at SOURCES as a Supported Child Development Assistant. This full-time position entails providing vital, integrated support to children with developmental needs in Oceanside.

You'll be a crucial part of the Child Development Services team, providing support tailored for children and their families within licensed childcare settings. This role involves engaging in multidisciplinary practices that ensure children have access to necessary early intervention services. Your expertise will facilitate positive outcomes and inclusive environments for every child.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aid children with support needs within childcare environments
• Foster inclusion throughout the program and childcare services
• Collaborate effectively with the CDS team




• Create and submit monthly progress reports for each child
• Partner with SCD Consultants on inclusive planning

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or similar field
• 2+ years supporting children in organized settings
• Strong knowledge of family-centered community services
• Mandatory explicit criminal records check
• Commitment to Indigenous knowledge and community values
