Report to the Director of People & Culture while developing safety programs that comply with legislation. You’ll manage disability claims, support the Joint Health & Safety Committee, and implement health education strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership in health and safety program development
• Coordination of health management systems and compliance
• Administer Group Benefits Plan and train employees
• Oversee WSIB claims process and return to work program
• Support payroll duties and employee records management

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 3 years in Health & Safety or Benefits management
• Excellent written and verbal skills, French is an asset
• Proven professionalism in confidential environments
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
