We are looking for a full-time Recreation Coordinator for a 12-month term at Parkland Ancaster. In this position, you’ll engage with residents and families to enhance their experience through activities designed around the six dimensions of wellness. Utilize your experience in recreation programming to assist residents in defining and achieving their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with residents to assess wellness engagement
• Plan activities that enhance physical, social, and emotional wellbeing




• Implement creative arts initiatives focused on resident interests
• Promote community connections and involvement
• Document individual resident progress and feedback

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in recreation or a related field
• Minimum two years of experience in senior’s programming
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Food Safety
• Versatile availability including evenings and weekends
