We are looking for motivated individuals to manage the logistics and operational tasks at Paradigm. As a Material Handler and Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for efficiently processing orders and maintaining inventory precision using RF technology. Adherence to safety and quality standards is essential while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Maintain RF-based shipping and inventory practices
• Handle loading and unloading operations effectively
• Ensure smooth daily shipping confirmation processes
• Collaborate closely with assembly teams

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education
• At least 1 year of forklift experience
• Ability to lift weights up to 60 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with RF technology desired
