The Lifestyle Options – Terra Losa team is looking for two Health Care Aides committed to inclusive care. Under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will assist residents with daily living needs and personal care based on their individualized plans. Experience with elderly and palliative care is advantageous for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care according to each resident’s unique care plan
• Support residents with hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Ensure safe medication assistance consistent with standards




• Undertake authorized health procedures as needed
• Report observations and concerns to health professionals

Requirements:
• Valid registration with CLHA as an HCA
• Background in elderly or palliative care preferred
• Strong communication skills with emotional insight
• Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene practices
