As National Director, Canada, you will serve as the primary public leader for WorldServe's Canadian office. This pivotal role focuses on national fundraising strategies, partnership development, and leading the Mission Engagement Advisor team. Your efforts will directly support our mission of aiding the persecuted church while fostering collaboration within the executive team to ensure organizational effectiveness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive fundraising strategies and initiatives
• Develop strong partnerships with donors and organizations




• Guide the Mission Engagement Advisor team in outreach efforts
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning
• Represent the organization at key fundraising events

Requirements:
• Established experience in fundraising and donor cultivation
• Robust relational and communication skills
• Experience delivering large audience presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred
• Willingness to undertake national and international travel
