In this Acting Program Director role, you are responsible for crafting stimulating activities that cater to the physical and emotional needs of children. A minimum of three years of experience in child care, along with RECE registration, is essential. You will manage staff training and program compliance while dealing with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create a nurturing workplace for extended day programs
• Design and execute engaging activities for kids
• Supervise, train staff,



and conduct performance appraisals
• Monitor budgets and oversee meal preparations
• Ensure adherence to CCEYA licensing standards

Requirements:
• At least three years of child care experience
• Degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate Level C
• Criminal Reference Check – Vulnerable Sector
• Understanding of the CCEYA and educational standards
