Close collaboration with the Sales team is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review customers’ aged trial balances regularly
• Approve and manage credit levels for customers
• Generate and send monthly customer statements
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email
• Reconcile credit accounts to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
• High School diploma is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of related experience is an asset
• Customer service experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
