As a leader in the prototyping center, you will streamline processes and ensure the safe operation of manufacturing equipment while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Your role will involve refining production techniques through data-driven improvements and standardizing operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the pouch cell manufacturing line and coordinate commissioning
• Develop, optimize, and scale electrode production processes
• Ensure the safety and efficiency of manufacturing operations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes
• Act as a technical liaison with research teams and clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
• At least four years of related industry experience
• Solid commitment to inclusivity in research
• Proven skills in process optimization and problem-solving
• Proficient in preparation of technical documents
