Shape the future of adolescent mental health care as a Clinical Team Lead at EHN Canada's Sandstone Recovery Centre. Oversee clinical operations while directly engaging with patients in need.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated clinical team focused on providing evidence-informed treatment for eating disorders and associated mental health issues in young patients. Collaborate with the Executive Director and clinical staff to ensure safe, effective care while maintaining your caseload. Your leadership will foster a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the clinical team and provide consultations on complex cases
• Maintain active clinical caseload with therapy sessions
• Facilitate case reviews and continuity of care




• Promote a collaborative, accountable team atmosphere
• Participate in recruitment and mentoring of recent staff

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT
• Registration in good standing with a regulatory body
