Join Women's College Hospital Foundation as the Director of Individual Giving, championing Leadership, Major, and Legacy Giving programs. This full time position focuses on strategic fundraising and donor engagement.

You will be instrumental in executing integrated fundraising strategies that identify and nurture individual donors. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Partnerships, you will lead a talented team to achieve ambitious revenue goals while ensuring meaningful donor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive growth and success of Individual Giving programs
• Develop annual work plans and revenue performance metrics
• Utilize analytics to inform fundraising strategies
• Build relationships with donors and key stakeholders




• Partner on customized donor stewardship initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years fundraising experience
• Significant expertise in major gift fundraising strategies
• Proven record of managing Individual Giving portfolios
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to communicate compelling proposals and reports
