The Payroll Analyst will oversee the full-cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy through time validation and handling retro calculations. You will process both union payroll and the necessary reporting, ensuring adherence to collective agreements. Collaboration with HR to manage records and employee levels is key, as well as taking charge of journal entries and month-end culminations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll, including imports and validations
• Manage union payroll in accordance with agreements
• Collaborate with HR on employee-related matters
• Conduct month/year-end journal entries and filings
• Prepare T4s and assist during audits

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, or similar
• PCP certification is required
• 1–5 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
• Proficient in advanced Excel and MS Office
