In this role, you will provide vital advice on insolvency laws and conduct assessments, all while cultivating a supportive team workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage consumer bankruptcy files and proposals
• Advise on current bankruptcy practices and regulations
• Delegate tasks and supervise team members




• Conduct meetings with debtors and creditors
• Assist with managing court-related tasks and fee taxation

Requirements:
• Excellent understanding of insolvency rules and procedures
• Full licensing as an Insolvency Trustee required
• Preference for candidates with CIRP designation
• Flexibility to manage workload and evenings
• Willingness to travel for satellite office coverage
