As a full-time contract employee, you'll leverage your five years of collection experience to manage calls and negotiations with clients, addressing both local and international accounts. Your responsibilities include maintaining compliance with relevant laws, collaborating with paralegals, and contributing to a safe and welcoming workplace for all.

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in accounting preferred • Strong negotiation and customer service skills • Knowledge of small claims court processes • High attention to detail and accuracy • Regular attendance and punctuality required
