A valid PCA/HCA Certificate and registration with CLHA are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene routines
• Support safe transfers and mobility for residents
• Help residents during meals and ensure dietary compliance
• Deliver routine treatments as directed by nursing staff




• Accompany residents to recreational and therapeutic activities

Requirements:
• One year of experience in a relevant care environment
• Completion of a recognized PCA/HCA Certificate program
• Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses
• English fluency required for effective communication
