Play an impactful role as a Residential Building Attendant with Lookout Housing and Health Society. This part-time position enables you to provide support, maintenance, and ensure a secure environment for residents.

Operating on a temporary basis, this role involves working shifts from Friday to Monday under the supervision of the Site Manager. You will manage not only maintenance tasks but also participate in vital administrative functions, promoting a safe living space for individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform essential maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility
• Handle administrative duties like rent collection and security protocols
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of each resident's space




• Collaborate with staff and support new team members
• Keep detailed reports and records up to date

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and two years of relevant experience
• Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Solid communication and organizational abilities
• Proven capacity to work with diverse populations
• Required criminal record clearance for working with vulnerable groups
