Pursue cutting-edge research at Baycrest's Rotman Research Institute as a full-time Research Assistant Level III. This role focuses on cognitive assessments and supports critical studies on brain health and Alzheimer's disease.

As a key member of the Clinical Research Trials team, you will administer assessments that evaluate participants' cognitive functions and daily life activities. You will maintain high standards of data collection and participate in protocol compliance activities, requiring keen attention to detail and solid organizational skills. A proficient understanding of neuropsychological metrics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews and assessments for study participants
• Document and enter assessment results into EDC systems




• Monitor participants for cognitive or emotional concerns
• Collaborate with research staff to schedule assessments
• Participate in site initiation and monitoring visits

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or higher in Psychology or related health science
• 2–5 years experience in clinical research environments
• Knowledge of neuropsychological assessment techniques
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive participant information
