In this role, you will be an essential component of our seamless care delivery, responding to diverse patient needs within Homewood Specialized Services. Ideal candidates thrive in teamwork and exhibit a strong foundation in nursing best practices while remaining adaptable in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care aligned with patient care needs
• Monitor and administer medications across programs
• Initiate assessments upon patient admission
• Participate in team meetings and patient discussions




• Engage in mentorship and coaching for staff

Requirements:
• Active registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Up to 6 months of general nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification and Mental Health Act knowledge
• Familiarity with documentation and privacy standards
• Proven ability in crisis management and psychiatric patient care
