This part-time role supports the CEO and Senior Leadership Team by coordinating schedules, managing information, and preparing vital documents. Your attention to detail and methodical approach will enhance decision-making processes and governance, contributing significantly to the library’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules and administrative tasks for executives
• Produce accurate documents and meeting minutes
• Manage information flows to maintain efficiency
• Provide comprehensive support within a public service context
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and activities

Requirements:
• Strong background in administration or executive support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a methodical working style
• Flexible availability over a 17.5-hour week
• Must meet background check requirements
