• Ensure effective customer relations and corrective actions

Requirements:
• Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in multi-site Quality Management
• Extensive knowledge of RCA methodologies
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
